New sellers can begin with GOLD, growing stores can move into VIP, and H2H is designed for higher-volume reseller operations. Small, medium and high-volume sellers are welcome. Discount percentages are published maximum benefits and can vary by product, region or denomination.

Wallet freedom & seller support

Your wallet balance is working capital, not a membership fee

The wallet-balance route for VIP or H2H is designed to show available buying capacity. Distribution Hub does not charge that amount as a level fee and does not lock or freeze it simply because it was used to qualify.

No qualifying fee

The published VIP/H2H wallet amount stays in your Distribution Hub wallet and can be used for eligible product orders.

No lock-in period

You are not required to keep unused wallet funds locked for a fixed term. If the balance later falls below a level requirement, the account may be reviewed under the normal level rules.

Unused balance refund

To request a refund of eligible unused funds, open a support ticket with the subject “Unused amount refund”. Eligible unused wallet refunds are reviewed through the published refund process.

Wallet funding methods

Use only the supported funding methods and payment networks shown inside your wallet. Availability depends on the selected option.

Reseller support

Resellers can use the official Support Center, AI assistance and current support channels listed in their account.

H2H private group

H2H Level members may access the private H2H group and receive notices about upcoming catalogue and platform updates.

Unused balance means funds still available in the wallet. Charges for completed or delivered digital-product orders are not unused wallet balance.

H2H business tools

Useful when order volume becomes harder to manage manually

H2H adds tools for sellers handling larger volumes, without changing the core Distribution Hub ordering and wallet workflow.

Gift Card & Voucher bulk orders

Submit eligible products in batches instead of repeating the same order flow one at a time.

API integration support

Use product schemas, webhooks and server-to-server ordering to automate repeat reseller workflows.

Level review

Your level stays on the account while it remains active and follows Distribution Hub activity rules. Long inactivity or a sustained drop in orders can trigger a review.

Every reseller starts with GOLD access and its included benefits.

VIP

Qualify with $50,000 monthly sales or $5,000 wallet balance.

H2H

Qualify with $100,000 monthly sales or $10,000 wallet balance.

Username API

GOLD includes the published free monthly allowance; check your reseller panel for account-level limits and higher-tier benefits.

Common reseller level questions

Do I need both sales and wallet balance to qualify?

No. VIP and H2H use an OR rule. Meeting either the monthly sales requirement or the wallet balance requirement is enough.

Is the VIP or H2H wallet balance a fee or frozen deposit?

No. It is your normal usable wallet balance. Distribution Hub does not charge it as a membership fee or freeze it just because it is being used to meet a level requirement.

Is there any wallet lock-in period?

No. There is no fixed lock-in period. Your current balance is checked for eligibility, but unused wallet funds are not locked for membership.

Can I request my unused wallet balance back?

Yes. Send a support ticket with the subject “Unused amount refund” to request an eligible unused wallet-balance refund. eligible unused funds are handled according to the published refund procedure.

Which funding methods are accepted?

Use the supported payment method and network displayed in your wallet payment flow. Funding methods may vary.

How can I contact seller support?

Support is available through the official Support Center, account assistance and currently published support channels. Eligible H2H accounts may also access the private H2H community and early update notices.

What does GOLD include?

GOLD includes access to supported public catalogue products, the reseller dashboard, API documentation, eligible reseller prices and the published Username Check API allowance.

What does VIP include?

VIP includes catalogue access, API ordering and webhooks, the reseller dashboard, expanded eligible reseller pricing and integration support. Check the live panel for current allowances.

What does H2H include?

H2H is for higher-volume sellers, with eligible gift card/voucher bulk ordering, published H2H prices, API support and access to the private H2H community.

How long does my reseller level stay active?

Your reseller level stays on the account while it remains active and continues to meet Distribution Hub activity rules. Long periods of inactivity or a sustained drop in ordering activity can trigger a level review and a move to the appropriate level.

Can discounts vary by product?

Yes. “Up to” discount values describe the maximum level benefit. Individual products, regions and denominations can have different published prices.
